Individual Coaching:
50-minute virtual sessions via Zoom.
A summary of your recent wins, desired outcomes, and action steps will be emailed to you following each session.
Education and resources about ADHD and Executive Function.
Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever fits your specific needs.
Coaching will be a safe, respectful, non-judgmental, and culturally-informed space.
Group Coaching:
Connect with other ADHDers, learn about your unique brain, and leverage your strengths to improve focus, motivation, and self-confidence.
6 virtual group coaching sessions over the course of 6 weeks. Each session will be 60 minutes and explore the following areas of focus:
ADHD 101: Understanding yourself.
Self-care: Non-negotiables for mind, body, and spirit.
Time Management: Time awareness, initiating tasks, and overcoming emotional obstacles.
Organization: Setting up, implementing, and maintaining an organizational system.
Resources and tools to assist with all aspects of executive function.
A private group chat where you can check in with other group members and provide support and accountability for one another.
